שלום רב,

אבי בן 73 עבר ניתוח חירום עקב נקב בקיבה והוצא גידול.
להלן ממצאי הבדיקה הפתולוגית :

Adenocarcinoma, intestinal-type, poorly differentiated, measuring 7 cm in greatest dimention, involving entire gastric wall thickness.
Remaining gastric mucosa showing chronic inactive helicobacter pylori negative gastritis.
Fibrin deposits admixed with neutrophils present on the serosal surface.
Surgical margins, include anastomtic rings free of tumer.
Lymph Node (perigastric(: METASTATIC ADENOCARCINOMA present in fourteen of sixteen perigastric lymph nodes.
Omentum: no tumer seen
