לפני כ-3 שבועות ערכתי בדיקת מח עצם להלן התשובות:

bone marrow biopsy:

- bone marrow with cellularity 55-60% , trilineage hematopoiesis and

normal maturation.

- several large paratrabecular lymphoid aggregrtes composed of small irregular lymphocytes.

- they comprise about 22-25% of the nucleated marrow cells and are positive for cd20, bcl-2,and negative for cd3, cd23, cyclin d1, cd10, bcl-6, cd5.

- reticulin stain exhibits normal reticlin network.

-stainable iron is negative.

in conclusion: these findings compatible with low grade b-cell lymphproiiferative disorder, probably marginal zone lymphoma
