Sorry I can't write Hebrew - i live in Western Europe. Can you please advise me with my knees problem?

The doctor here tald me that I have "shhikat shus" and rentgen showed nothing. I have knee pains for more than a year especially when I walk a lot. I can't dance , jump and run at all and can hardly kneel. Im 34 year old mother of 1..
